Grind and Graze is a soul-stirring endurance experience rooted in effort, storytelling, and place. Set in the Shenandoah Mountains, you'll have 6 hours to run, hike, or ruck as many times as you can (or want) around a route specificaly designed to showcase the stunning Fort Lewis Lodge.
No podiums. No pressure. Just honest effort, shared struggle, and the kind of satisfaction you can’t fake.
Then we feast.

You can do as many as you’d like within the 6-hour time frame. Push yourself as much as you want or rest as much as you want. This is your event. You choose your adventure.

Nope. There isn’t a minimum pace requirement. You can walk, run, ruck or do a combination at whatever pace is comfortable for you.

We will provide food and water, but you’re welcome to bring something specific if you’d like.

We recommend bringing trail running shoes or hiking boots. We also suggest wearing something breathable and light as it will be hot in August. If you need something specific, we will let you know before the event.
